I will never forget Frank's radiant smile. He always treated everyone in such a kind, respectful and genuine manner. He was a true gentleman that I have had the pleasure of working with over the past 8+ years. While he had a great sense of humor, he also had a tremendous amount of strength and courage. He is someone who was taken away from his family and friends way too soon. My heart goes out to Sandy and his family. His family was the most important part of his life. His office was just 3 doors down from mine and our building will not be the same without his presence. I have very fond memories of Frank and he is a tremendous loss for all of us that truly cared about him and respected him both as a friend and as a co-worker. Our lives will not be the same without Frank's presence but he will continue to remain very much alive in our hearts and in our thoughts. Rest in Peace Frank and our only relief to your loss is that we know you are now with Colin.
